摘要
基于信息技术背景下高校科研人员是“知识人”的假设,高校科研组织的社会学意义、文化学意义和管理学意义已发生转向,以创新文化为内核的高校科研组织强调知识管理重心论,并要求组织结构向虚拟化方向转变,依靠政府的知识产权保护政策支持、公共采购政策支持、财政政策支持和市场培育政策的支持,用R&D团队组织完成对高校科研组织的再造,实现良好的校企合作和科技成果的转换。
