摘要
实验教学工作评价应抓住关键的三要素:目标评价、过程评价、效果评价。目标决定培养什么样的人才,过程决定如何培养人才,效果决定人才培养的质量。对实验教学工作核心要素进行监控,是提高本科实验教学工作评价绩效的关键。
The evaluation to experimental teaching should hold three essential factors: target evaluation, process evaluation and effect evaluation. The target factor decides what type of talent we train; the process factor decides how to train talent; the effect factor decides the quality to train talent. To monitor the essential factors of experimental teaching work is the key to the improvement of undergraduate teaching evaluation achievements.
