In the era of information economy,when the quality of higher education is emphasized and lifelong education is greatly advocated,the importance of recurrent education has been increasingly recognized. This paper will discuss the background for recurrent education and try to give definition for it. Furthermore,the values and importance of recurrent are also addressed. Finally,the paper will talk about the approach to realize recurrent education among college graduates.
