摘要
上个世纪末以来,发达国家劳动力市场的就业稳定性经历了持续下降的过程,非标准就业大幅度增加,工作更加不稳定,高流动性增大,安全感明显降低。就业人口的结构性变动、全球经济一体化、技术进步和劳动力市场制度改革,是导致就业稳定性下降的主要原因。就业稳定性下降引发了一系列影响深远的经济社会问题,如收入不平等程度加大、人力资本难以进一步形成,社会保障制度变革迟缓。
Employment stability of labor market has experienced a steady decrease in developed countries since the late 20th century. Nonstandard employment increased dramatically. Jobs became unstable and highly mobile. Job security decreased markedly.
