摘要
科学研究是高校的基本职能,科研团队是高校的基层科研组织。知识转移是科研创新的前提,是提高科研团队知识生产力的基础。本文分析了阻碍科研团队知识转移的主要障碍,并从促进知识转移的视角对高校科研团队的管理提出了相应建议。
Scientific research is the basic function of colleges, and scientific research teams are the fundamental research organization of colleges.
