摘要
顾客中心是企业管理的基本思想和管理模式,近年来在公共管理等其他领域日渐盛行并不断发展。本文通过对顾客中心理论导入高校教学管理的理论分析,针对当前教学管理现状,从理念、组织和方法等层面提出了改进和优化的途径。
Customer Center is the basic idea and management model of business management and it has become prevalent and continues to develop in recent years in such areas as public administration.Based on the analysis of the Customer Center theory introduced to the college teaching management theory,this paper analyses the current status of the teaching management and proposes some ways to improve and optimize it in terms of concept,organization,system and method.
