跨学科复合型人才培养模式的比较及其启示 被引量:32

摘要 经济社会的发展对跨学科复合型人才的需求呈现增长趋势,这是高等学校人才培养模式改革的方向之一。通过比较分析中美两国若干高等学校跨学科复合型人才培养模式,提出建立跨学科复合型人才培养机制,推进跨学科复合型人才培养模式改革,以及开设范围广泛的跨学科课程,是培养跨学科复合型人才的有效途径。 The demand for interdisciplinary compound talents has revealed a trend of fast increase with economic and social development.This is one of directions of talent cultivating model reform in our universities.This paper makes a comparative analysis of models of cultivating interdisciplinary compound talents in a number of colleges and universities of China and the United States and makes some suggestions to break the professional discipline boundaries,train students according to broad categories of discipline ...
