川芎嗪对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨川芎嗪对离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法取大鼠离体心脏,用Langendorff灌流装置进行恒速逆行灌流,连续记录心功能指标HR、LVP、±dp/dtmax和CF,并测量心肌肌酸肌酶的释放量。结果川芎嗪和维拉帕米能显著改善再灌注所致心功能损伤并减少肌酸激酶的释放。结论川芎嗪和维拉帕米能保护心脏对抗缺血再灌注损伤。
