磁共振血管成像对正常育龄女性盆腔静脉的观察

Observation of MRA Application on Pelvic Cavity Vein of Heathy Pregnable Women

目的:探讨不同成像序列和成像参数对正常女性盆腔静脉MRA图像的影响,评价MRA对盆腔静脉直径测量的准确性。方法:选定6 0例2 5岁左右正常育龄女性,分为两组,生育组和未生育组,以不同成像序列和成像参数对静脉直径进行测量。结果:2D -TOF序列和3D -TOF序列测量育龄女性盆腔静脉直径无显著差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论:育龄女性盆腔静脉MRA在临床应用方面是实用的、可行的、有效的。
