Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist Gene Polymorphisims in Hunan Han Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:研究白介素-1受体拮抗因子(IL-1RN)基因多态性与强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)的相关性。方法:自150名AS患者及92名健康对照者外周血中提取DNA,采用PCR方法检测IL-1RN基因第二内含子VNTR复等位基因多态性。结果:AS患者中IL-1RN*2等位基因频率显著高于健康对照者。结论:AS与IL-1RN*2等位基因相关联。

Objective To evaluate the relationship of the polymorphism of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL-1RN) gene and patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods DNA samples were collected from one hundred and fifty patients with AS and ninety two healthy controls.IL-1RN VNTR polymorphisms were determined by using PCR.Results There was a significantly increased IL-1RN VNTR*2 allelic frequency in patients with AS compared with controls(8.33% vs 3.26%,OR=2.697,P=0.027) Conclusion The polymorphism of IL-1RN ge...
