紫河车健脾增免方对体育专业大学生免疫机能相关指标的影响

The Effect of Ziheche Prescription to Sports Majoring Students' Immune Function

目的:通过运动医学临床研究,观察了紫河车健脾增免方对体育专业大学生运动训练前后血清睾酮、皮质醇和血液白细胞计数及分类水平的影响。方法:体育专业大学生随机分为服药组与对照组,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)分别测定两组学生血清睾酮和皮质醇,全自动血细胞分析仪测定血液白细胞总数及分类。结果:紫河车健脾增免方使体育专业大学生运动训练期间的血睾酮浓度保持相对稳定、血皮质醇浓度降低,白细胞(WBC)总数、中性粒细胞(NE)和中间细胞(MID)呈下降趋势,淋巴细胞(LY)呈上升趋势。结论:该药方具有一定的增强体育专业在校大学生免疫功能的作用。

Through the clinical trial in sports medicine,we have observed the effect of Ziheche prescription to sports majoring students in serum testosterone, serum hydrocortisone,the total white blood cell number and different leukocyte number.The present results indicate that Ziheche prescription has the effects to maintain serum testosterone,decrease serum hydrocortisone and the total white blood cell count increase differential leukocyte count during regular training and suggests this traditional Chinese medical ...
