子宫内膜癌发病危险因素的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Risk Factors of Endometrial Cancer

目的:探讨子宫内膜癌发病的可疑危险因素。方法:采用1∶1配比病例对照研究方法,对120例病例和120例对照进行有关体重、月经史、婚育史、既往史、家族史等因素的调查分析。结果:单因素分析表明,体重、身体健康状况、高血压史、冠心病史、其他妇科病史、其他肿瘤病史、初潮年龄、月经周期紊乱、月经量、是否绝经、不孕不育史、流产与子宫内膜癌的发病有关。通过多因素Logistic逐步回归分析,最终引入回归方程的变量为不孕不育史、月经周期紊乱、身体健康状况、冠心病史、初潮年龄、是否绝经。结论:不孕不育史、月经周期紊乱、身体健康状况差、冠心病史为子宫内膜癌的危险因素,而初潮年龄晚、已绝经为子宫内膜癌的保护因素。
