Chemical Compounds from the Root Bark of Paeonia Suffruticosa

目的:对湖丹皮进行系统化学成分研究。方法:利用多种柱层析方法进行分离,并运用理化及波谱方法进行结构确证。结果:从湖丹皮70%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为苯甲酸(I),对羟基苯甲酸(II),没食子酸甲酯(III)、没食子酸(IV)。结论:湖丹皮中能分离多种有效化学成分。

Objective To study the chemical constituents in the root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. Methods Column chromatography were used to isolate the chemical constituents of 70% EtOH extract.On the basis of spectral evidence,the structures were identified.Results Four compounds were isolated from the acetic ether fraction of the root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa.They were identified as benzoic acid(I),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(II),methyl gallate(III),gallic acid(IV).Conclusion Compounds III was isolsted from this...
