CRP、ESR在儿童感染性疾病诊断中的意义

Significance of CRP and ESR in Diagnosis of Children's Infectious Diseases

目的:探讨血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)的检测对儿童早期感染鉴别诊断的价值。方法:检测感染儿童82例及体检儿童15例的血常规、血沉、及血清中C反应蛋白的含量。结果:细菌感染组与病毒感染组、对照组比较,CRP、WBC明显升高,差异性显著(P<0.001)。细菌感染组与病毒感染组ESR均升高,但细菌感染组升高明显些。CRP与ESR相比,CRP的特异性及灵敏性都较ESR好。结论:小儿急性感染时,CRP、WBC、ESR的检测有助于疾病早期的鉴别诊断,对于细菌性感染和病毒性感染的鉴别诊断有一定的价值。
