摘要
目的:探讨去甲丹皮酚对正己烷所致小鼠脂质过氧化损伤的影响。方法:采用经口给予小鼠正己烷为脂质过氧化损伤模型,动物随机分成四组:①正常对照,②正己烷氧化损伤组,③丹皮酚+正己烷损伤组,④去甲丹皮酚+正己烷损伤组。计算各组小鼠脑、肝脏、心脏各脏器系数,硫代巴比妥酸法测定组织MDA水平,镜下观察胸主动脉内壁形态学变化。结果:丹皮酚和去甲丹皮酚能明显减轻血管内皮损伤,降低正己烷所致肝、心、脑组织MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论:去甲丹皮酚可对抗正己烷所致血管损伤,作用机制可能涉及抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To explore effect of a-paeonol against lipid peroxidization on mice.Methods Animals were divided into four groups randomly(n=7).The organ coefficient of each organ was calculated(liver,heart,Brain).MDA level of organ was measured with TBARS test.Results Nor-paeonol decreased the content of MDA in liver,heart,Brain(P<0.05) and relieved lipid peroxidative injury induced by n-butane.Conclusion A-Paeonol have a protective effect against Lipid peroxidative injury induced by n-butane on mice.The protect...
