摘要
目的:探讨临床分离革兰阴性杆菌耐药状况,为临床用药提供参考。方法:统计分析我院2006年1月到2007年12月临床分离的661株革兰阴性杆菌的药物敏感试验结果。结果:661株革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率最低(0~1.7%),肠杆菌科细菌对呋喃妥因、头孢他啶、氨曲南、阿米卡星和头孢哌酮耐药率为8.4~54.3%,非发酵菌对哌拉西林/三唑巴坦、头孢他啶、环丙沙星、头孢哌酮和复方新诺明耐药率22.0~66.7%。而青霉素类、一二代头孢菌素、庆大霉素等耐药率大于50%。结论:临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌耐药性较严重,亚胺培南仍是对革兰阴性杆菌最有效药物。
