金喉健喷雾剂对小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Jin Hou Jian Spray in Supportive Treating 50 Childhood Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis Patients

目的:观察金喉健喷雾剂佐治小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例门诊急性化脓性扁桃体炎的患儿分为两组:治疗组50例,静脉用美洛西林同时给予金喉健喷雾剂喷于扁桃体,1喷/次,4~5次/d。对照组50例,只静脉用美洛西林。两组疗程均为5天。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组相比无统计学意义;治疗组与对照组在热退时间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在退热、咽部脓点消失、咽充血消退以及扁桃体肿大消退等症状体征方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:金喉健喷雾剂佐治小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎有良好的效果。
