摘要
目的:检测PTTG在鼻咽癌中的表达情况,探讨其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的机制与作用。方法:采用PTTG抗体对60例鼻咽癌和10例无肿瘤、形态基本正常的鼻咽部粘膜组织进行免疫组化染色,并结合临床病理参数进行分析。结果:鼻咽癌中PTTG的表达明显高于对照组(P=0.013);和肿瘤的淋巴结转移呈负相关(r=-0.316,P=0.014);与原发肿瘤的大小也有一定关系。结论:PTTG的过度表达可能是鼻咽癌发生的早中期事件,导致肿瘤的发生和演进。
