摘要
目的:优化百合多糖提取、纯化工艺。方法:以水提醇沉法提取百合多糖,savage法去蛋白纯化。在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交试验的方法对影响百合多糖提取、纯化的因素进行优化。结果:百合多糖的最佳提取工艺为:在65℃下,用15倍药材量的蒸馏水提取3次,每次4h。最佳纯化工艺为:样品:氯仿(v∶v)为3∶2,氯仿:正丁醇为2∶1,振摇时间为15min。结论:优化的百合多糖提取纯化工艺简单、稳定,易于产业化规模生产。
