血小板参数MPV、PDW等在肾综合症出血热诊断中的应用

目的:探讨血小板参数——血小板数量(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)等在肾综合症出血热(HFRS)患者中的变化及其临床意义。方法:选取HFRS患者53例和正常对照组30名,采用F-820血细胞分析仪测定血小板参数PLT、MPV、PDW,并用统计学方法(t检验)对数据进行处理。结果:HFRS患者PLT明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而MPV、PDW明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血小板参数PLT、MPV、PDW在辅助诊断HFRS中有一定临床价值。
