摘要
目的:探讨维甲酸诱导雌性大鼠骨质疏松模型时,不同体重大鼠对维甲酸的反应。方法:193只10月龄不同体重(313.03±38.86)的雌性大鼠,按体重分为8组,分别灌服维甲酸2周,每3天测重1次,比较不同体重大鼠的体重变化以及停用维甲酸后体重的恢复。比较不同体重组大鼠在灌服维甲酸时死亡和患病情况。结果:在维甲酸诱导雌性大鼠骨质疏松模型时,大鼠体重均明显下降,高体重组(380.46±7.50)大鼠的体重下降最为明显。低体重组(237.43±7.98和260.53±6.27)大鼠的体重下降较少。但不同组大鼠的死亡率和患病率的组间与整体无统计学差异。结论:10月龄不同体重(313.03±38.86)的雌性大鼠,在维甲酸诱导骨质疏松模型时,体重与其死亡率和患病率无明显关系。
