This paper discusses the application of computer graphic technology in environmental monitoring lab analysis, trend analysis of monitoring data and environmental data statistics etc. Along with the internet development, the paper brings forward a new notion by combining the application of environmental information release and geographical information system (GIS): establishing the data-examining system、the inquiry and analysis system of data、the user administrative system、map publishing system to raise the application level of environmental monitoring .
