摘要 非正规就业已成为解决我国就业压力的重要渠道和形式,但由于各方面的原因,非正规就业劳动者加入工会还存在许多现实的障碍,这就直接影响到工会组织的发展。本文通过对非正规就业劳动者加入工会状况的分析,提出了解决非正规就业劳动者加入工会的思路与对策。
