摘要
奶牛性腔胶囊由筛选出的马齿苋、丹参、益母草、甘草为主,并辅其它药物配伍,含有生物碱、黄酮、酚类以及无机钾盐类,可兴奋在体子宫,调节生殖系统功能。对14头供体母牛超排处理发情后,在每次输精前1小时,将胶囊溶解液注入子宫内。发情后7-7.5天采集的69枚可用胚胎中,抽取64枚胚胎的切割样品,用LAMP胚胎性别鉴定法进行性别鉴定后,雌性胚胎率为71.9%(46/64)。头均可用胚胎4.9枚,说明药物不影响胚胎受精率及胚胎发育率。
the capsule, which can be used to control dairy sex, was made from purslane, red ginseng, yimucao, liquorice and some other assistant Chinese herbal medicine. The chemical components in it are alkaloid, flavone, hydroxybenzene and some Potassium salts, these chemical components can excite cow uterus and regulate the function of cow reproduction organ. In order to check the function of the capsule, 14 cows were operated with multiple ovulation technique, and during the oestrus, capsule is dissolved in the uterus for 1 hour earlier before artificial insemination. When collected the embryos at 7th day after insemination, 64 of 69 usable embryos was sexed with LAMP method, as a result, the female percentage is 71.9% (46/64). 4.9 usable embryos were obtained from each animal, which implied that the impregnation and the embryo development were not affected by the capsule.
