摘要
本试验通过在干乳后期奶牛日粮中添加阴离子盐(Animate)来观察其对奶牛的 采食量、尿液酸碱水平、血液中离子钙水平，以及对代谢疾病的影响。研究结果表明该阴离子 盐对干乳后期奶牛的采食量影响不显著(P＞0． 05) ；尿液 PH 值差异极显著(P=2． 5×10^(-8) )，血清 中离子钙水平稍微升高，但差异不显著(P＞0． 48) ；对胎衣不下的预防效果显著(P＜0． 05) ，对其 他代谢疾病的影响有待进一步的观察研究。
In this experiment,through added anionic sats in peripartum diets to observe the effects of Animate in food intake,urine acid,blood serum ion Ca level and metabolism disease.The results indicate that the anionic salts has not a distinct effect in food intake (p＞0． 05) ,and it can make urine acid increase distinctly(P=2． 5×10^(-8) ),make serum ion Ca level in- crease passably(F=1． 15) ,can effectively prevent Retained Placenta from happing (X^2=6) on peripartum cows,The effects on the metabolism disease need to be observed furtherly.
