摘要
The national meeting of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine (QSIQhereinafter) system was held from 2004-12-20 to 22 in Beijing. The attending delegates had anin-depth study on the spirit of the 4^(th) plenary meeting of the 16^(th) Central Committee of theParty and the Central Committee meeting on economic work. In accordance with the work deployment bythe Party Central Committee and the State Council, the delegates made a key study on how I to putthe requirement on strengthening the construction of the Party's ruling capability into practice;Having summarized the achievements and experiences on the work over the year of 2004, they made astudy on the new situation and conditions, and they made determination of the guiding ideology,basic way of thinking, key tasks and major measures for the QSIQ work in the coming years. Thedelegates mobilized the QSIQ departments at all levels and the mass of cadres and staff tostrengthen their working ability, to put the scientific conception of development into practice, tofurther accelerate the development of the national QSIQ undertaking and to play a greater role inthe national economic and social development.
