The teachers are the main body in the education. It is importance for the college students pullulating that the synthesis diathesis of the teachers is shown in the course. There are some important relations that the teachers' professional ethics,policy for education , teaching capability,knowledge and practice with the pullulating of the college students. So the teachers should raise diathesis in order to help the college students grow up healthy and sound.
