高职学生管理模式探索:“三多”模式 被引量:6

摘要 针对高职学生来源与特点多样性的情况,本文依据多层面,多角度,多阶段的“三多”管理模式,对其高职学生管理中的应用进行了探讨,并给出了我们在实践中的实际操作方法和手段。实践证明这一管理模式更有利于学生个体的充分发展。
