Study and Enlightenment from Comparison to Policies on Export of Labor Service among Asian Countries

本文首先介绍了国际劳务输出的定义和作用,然后介绍了亚洲各发展中国家的劳务输出状况。重点研究了这些国家为扩大劳务输出所采取的政策和措施,并对这些政策和措施进行对比研究,分析这些政策和措施的积极作用。最后提出一些可行性建议,期望对扩大我国的劳务输出、缓解国内就业压力、减少失业等方面具有参考意义。

The paper begins with the definition and functions for interna ti onal labor service export and then follows with the situation of labor service export in different developing countries in Asia.While focusing on the policy and measures taken by the countries in extending labor service export,the paper also makes comparison and analysis to the positive roles they play.Finally the author gives some feasible proposals in an effort to extend labor service export from China,thus relaxing employment pressure and minimizing unemployment.
