氯沙坦长期服用对高血压患者左心室结构和尿酸的影响

Long - term effects of Losartarn on left ventricular structure in patients with essential hypertension

目的应用超声心动图评价氯沙坦长期服用对高血压伴左心室肥厚的逆转效果,比较治疗前后尿酸水平的变化。方法分别于氯沙坦用药前和用药 24月后,对34例高血压伴左心室肥厚患者进行超声心动图检查,检测血清尿酸、血脂、血糖、肌酐和肝功能。结果氯沙坦治疗24月后患者收缩压、舒张压、脉压和尿酸水平均较用药前明显下降(P<0．001),左室重量指数、舒张期室间隔厚度和舒张末期左室后壁厚度明显降低(P<0．05或P<0．001)。结论氯沙坦能有效减低血压,具有消退左心室肥厚、降低血清尿酸水平的作用。

Objective To assess the long - term effects of losartan on left ventricu- lar structure in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 37 hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) were studied before and after 24 months of treatment with losartan by echocardiography. Results After the treatment with losartan for 24 months, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure decreased significantly (P<0.05 and P<0.001, respectively). The left ventricular mass index (LVMI), inter-ventricular septal diastolic thick (IVSd) and left ventricular posterior wall end - diastolic thick (LVPWd) were decreased compared with that in before treatment(P<0.05 and P<0.001, respectively). Conclusions The result suggests that losartan not only effectively decrease blood pressure of hypertension, but also significantly reduce left ventricular hypertrophy.
