摘要
改革开放使我国面临着市场经济建设一系列开创、发展、保障的问题。加强我国法律、法规中有关市场经济方面的调整内容是建设有中国特色社会主义市场经济的重要条件。在我国市场经济立法过程中 ,既要立足本国实际 ,又要善于借鉴外国的经验 ,从中摸索出一条健康快捷的、适合于中国国情的、有中国特色的市场经济立法之路。通过对我国与其它国家市场经济立法的比较 。
With the development of reform and opening,a series of issues on creation,development,and ensurance appear.Strengthening the adjustment for legal content on market economy becomes a significant condition of construction of socialism market economy with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,we should base on our country's reality and be good at foreign country's experience to find a way of healthy,suitable for China with China's characteristics.Through the compairison between sino-foreign law establishing,we can get some beneficial indications.
