试论婚姻自由原则

婚姻家庭的稳定也就是社会安全的稳定、经济繁荣的保证。我国自1950年宪法就提出了婚姻自由、一夫一妻制原则。随着社会的发展、经济水平的不断提高,婚姻自由原则面临种种新的挑战,要解决这些“新问题”还需国家的法律不断完善、更新,人民群众的法制观念进一步提高,以适应新时期婚姻家庭的需要。

The stabilization of the family is not only the foundation of the social security,but also the pledge of the flourishing of the economy.As the development of the society,and the continous improvement of the economic standard,these principles of the unrestrained marriage face various challenges and many new problems occured.In order to solve these problems,the laws of the nation should be perfected and renewed,the legality concept of the people should be enhanced.
