硝酸催化氧化制备化工产品装置的研究

硝酸催化氧化制备硫酸铜、硫酸镍、聚合硫酸铁,均可采用密闭负压操作装置或密闭常压操作装置,用喷射泵把反应生成的二氧化氮返回反应系统,或通过吸收塔用水吸收二氧化氮,使二氧化氮得到循环利用。

The operation facility of vacuum seal negative pressure and the facility of vacuum seal normal pressure can be used respectively in the preparation of copper sulfate,nickelous sulfate or polymeric ferric sulfate by nitric acid catalytic oxidation.In the process,the jet pump can be used to send the nitrogen dioxide produced in the reaction back to the reaction system,or the absorbing tower is used to make the nitrogen diocide absorbed by water so the nitrogen dioxide can be recycled.
