摘要
在市场经济条件下,市场对社会资源的配置起基础性作用。高等学校作为特殊的社会资源,如何在配置中发挥最大效能,思索和解决这个问题,是管理问题,也是经营问题。管理和经营的意义相互关联,过程走向统一。作为观念,经营更具战略意义。高校目前一方面是发展遇到了困难,一方面是内部管理粗放,要求管理中树立经营观念,并在资本、人才、规模、产品、文化等方面进行经营。
Market plays a fundamental part in the disposition of social resources under the condition of market economy. Colleges and universities act as the special social resource how to take highest effect in disposing it----thinking and resolving this question----is not only the question of management but also of administration. The meaning of management and administration is interrelated the process is integrated and as a sense administration has more strategic significance. At present colleges and universities have difficulty in development; on the other hand internal management is more intensive we should adopt the idea of administration in management administrating capital qualified personnel scale production culture etc.
