对高职学生心理健康状况的初步研究

A Preliminary Research on Psychological Health Conditions of Higher Vocational College Students

本研究运用国内外通行的心理健康测量工具SC L-90,对3000多名职业技术学院大学生进行随机抽样测查研究,并将结果与全国常模,与某一般性普通高校同类测查结果进行比较分析,探索职业技术学院学生心理健康现状及特点。研究发现,职业技术学院学生的心理健康水平从整体上看比较低,与全国常模相比,九项因子均存在显著差异;与某一般性普通高校学生相比,其心理健康九项因子中有七项明显较低。问题比较突出的依次是:恐惧、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、强迫症状等。

Studying over 3000 higher vocational students by means of sample measurement with the measuring tool of SCL-90 which is current home and abroad this research compares the results with the national normal module and the results from the general institutions of higher learning and tries to explore the present psychological situation of vocational students. The study shows that the psychological health level of such students is lower in a whole there is significant difference in all the 9 factors and 7 out of the 9 factors for the vocational students are lower compared with the general students. Fear anxiety depression stubbornness and enforcement are among the prominent problems the students have.
