The Characteristics of Composition and Features of Qualities of the Business Managers in the Late Qing Dynasty

19世纪末20世纪初,中国社会出现了向近代工业社会转型的趋向,社会各阶层在向工商企业流动的过程中,企业经营者的构成呈现出广泛性、近代性、过渡性等特点;晚清企业经营者在逐渐走入主流群体的过程中,官商绅合一的品质特征,对近代社会转型产生了正反两方面的影响。

During the period between the end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century,there was a trend of transformation into modern industrial society,the composition of the business managers became extensive,modern and transitive.The business managers in the late Qing Dynasty had the combined features of officials and gentlemen,exerting influence on transformation of modern society both in positive and negative aspects.
