学生宿舍是学生生活和思想交流的重要场所,同时也是各种矛盾相对集中的地方。特别是随着高校扩招和后勤社会化改革的不断深入,很多学生的班级概念逐渐淡化,宿舍概念逐渐强化,由学生宿舍组成的社区已成为高校思想政治工作的一个全新空间。如何适应新的变化,解决好学生社区的教育、管理、服务问题,把思想政治工作真正做到学生的心坎上已成为摆在我们面前的一大课题。

With the expansion of college enrollment and the socialization of logistic service in college, great changes have taken place in the modes of college study, students' life style and extra curriculum activities. College students have developed a weaker concept of class as a result of non-fixed classrooms. On the other hand, the concept of dormitory has been strengthened step by step. A brand-new ideological community consisting of college dormitories has come into being. The students' community, which is an important place in college life, recreation, study and communication, plays a very important part in college education, management and service. It has already become a main task for the college education to adapt to the new situation and resolve the problems in the education, management and service of this community.
