我国现阶段公共产品供给缺位、错位严重、效率低下 ,必须改变政府是公共产品的唯一提供者的观念 ,实现公共产品供给多元化。

Of the key functions of government is supplying public goods, of which esstnce is fairness and justice. Nowadays dislocation and vacancy in supplying of public goods in our country is very serious and this significantly influences the stability of economy and development of society. So we should change the notion that government is the only subject of supplying public goods and realize the diversified reform of supplying. This dissertation analyzes the present conditions and puts forward suggestions for the reform.
