摘要
由于土地资源紧张,深圳市变电站趋向采用室内型。变电站屋面的重要性不言而喻。然而,屋面渗漏水仍是近年来的建筑通病,严重影响设备的安全运行,这就迫切要求改善屋面防水抗渗的措施,本文尝试结合实际和当地的施工情况以及以往一些合适的做法,提出如控制结构层的裂缝、结构找坡、倒置式屋面等几项改善屋面防水抗渗的措施。
As absence of the ground resource, the indoor substation is adopted more and more in Shenzhen city. However water - seep from top floor is still a common fault of architecture in this few years and safety operation of the equipments is effected, so that it's impendent to take measures to improve the waterproof and seep- resist of top floor. In this article, combining the practice, construction situation in local and some suitable modus used before, the author presented several measures for improving the waterproof and seep- resist function, such as to control the crack of structure layer, sloping structure and the inversion type top floor etc.
