摘要
本文介绍了工程造价计价两种基本方法的特点、区别,采用工程量清单计价注意问题,逐步使用企业定额的新趋势,并运用报价策略与技巧进行工程投标。
In this paper, the author introduced the characteristics and differences of two basic methods, which are used for counting the project cost, the problem should be noticed in counting adopting engineering quantity list, the new trend to use enterprise ration step by step, and the policy and artifice in project bidding.
