摘要
澳大利亚的律师制度在很多方面沿袭了英国的传统,但也有不同于英国律师制度的地方。澳大利亚根据其本国情况,形成了具有本国特色的律师制度。
The lawyers system in Australia follow the English tradition in many aspects. There are, however, some differences between the two countries. Australia forms its own lawyers system according to its domestic situation.
