On the Protection of Sovereignty in the Economic Globalization Age

经济全球化的发展和不断深入,使国家主权面临日益严峻的冲击。各主权国家为了共享经济全球化的成果,不得不在经济管理、政治决策和国家管辖权等方面让渡部分主权。在经济全球化进程中处于不利地位的发展中国家,必须加强国家主权的保护,树立新的主权观,坚持主权平等, 维护国家利益,以保护自身的安全和独立。

There must be conflict between the globalization of economic and the sovereignty. In order to share the achievement of economic globalization, the country have to transfer part sovereignty in economic management, policy decision and jurisdiction. The developing country that are unfavorable position in the course of economic globalization will foster new standpoint of sovereignty, persist in equality of sovereignty and safeguard interest of country in order to protect their sovereignty and independence.
