论我国动产抵押登记制度的完善

动产抵押登记制度是解决动产抵押公示方式的最佳选择,也是民法中的一个重大理论和实践问题。我国现行立法对这一问题也做了规定,但从整个登记制度来看,仍有诸多缺陷与不完善之处,我国应尽快完善有关立法,建立一套统一的动产抵押登记的规则,以期对我国动产抵押制度的完善有所推动。

The current legislation of our country has stipulated for this matter too, however, according to the whole res ignation system, there are a great deal of flaws and not perfect places, China s hould perfect relevant legislation as soon as possible, set up a set of unified rules, to promote the perfection of the system of chattel mortgage of our countr y to some extent.
