社会或组织为维系社会秩序的正常运行,利用规范对其成员的行为进行引导、约束和调 整。越轨行为是人们违背或偏离社会规范的对现存社会秩序具有破坏性并受到否定性评价的行 为。对越轨行为的社会控制可归纳为政权控制、法律控制、道德控制、纪律控制、习俗性控制、舆论 控制等。

For maintaining the normal social order,the society or the organization takes the guidance,the restraint and the adjustment on its members'behavior by the standard and norm.Behavior off course goes against or off the Society standard and has the destructiveness to the extant social order ,which receives the denial appraisal from society,society controls for the behavior off course may induce for the political power control,the legal control,the moral control,the discipline control,the custom control,the public opinion control and so on.
