Research on Two-Level Progressive Optimality Algorithm (TLPOA) for Hydropower Plant Economic Operation & An Application Instance

笔者将双层逐步优化算法用于解决与水电厂经济运行有关的机组间负荷分配及机组最优组合的问题,经棉花滩水电厂的实际运行数据与该算法优化分配方案的计算成果比较。

The Two-Level Progressive Optimality Algorithm (TLPOA) is researched and applied to solve the problems of load distribution between operating units, and optimal combination of operating units. This algorithm was used to optimize the operation of Mianhuatan hydropower plant and good economic benefit was obtained.
