电网水库调度自动化系统对电网安全、优质、经济运行具有重要作用。笔者详细分析了电网水库调度自动化系统存在的主要不安全因素,从安全技术和安全管理角度,对电网水库调度自动化系统安全保障体系进行了探讨。

The grid's automatic reservoir-regulating system is of great importance for realizing safe, economic and high-quality operation of grid. The existing major insecure factors in this system are analysed; and from the viewpoint of technology and management, the safeguard system of grid's automatic reservoir-regulating system is studied.
