落实《水电与可持续发展北京宣言》大力开发湖北水电资源

Put "Beijing Declaration on Hydropower & Sustainable Development" into Effect,Make Great Effort to Develop Hydropower Resources in Hubei Province

以“水电与可持续发展北京宣言”为指导,结合湖北省能源资源的特点和水电事业蓬勃发展的历程,论述了湖北省的能源开发仍应优先开发水电,力争再用15年时间使湖北省水电能源开发再上新台阶。

Under the guidance of the 'Beijing Declaration on Hydropower & Sustainable Development',the hydropower development in Hubei province should be still prioritized in accordance with the features of local energy resources and flourishingly developing course of hydropower development in the past,great effort should be made to promote the hydropower development to a new stage in the coming 15 years.
