简述了洞坪工程概况和工程建设进展情况;概述了洞坪水电工程建设管理法人组织机构及其职能;介绍了洞坪工程项目法人对工程设计、施工与监理工作的管理重点和本工程设备招标工作的主要方面;从合同管理等方面分析了如何落实建设项目法人负责制。
The outline and construction situation of Dongping hydroproject are described. The legal person organization of Dongping hydroproject and the focal points ol management job on design and construction monitoring and the main work of public bidding are explained. The way for implementing legal person responsibility system is analysed in accordance with contract management.
