摘要
合理的销售人员薪酬有利于激励销售人员,在设计薪酬时要做好一系列工作。这些工作包括销售工作分析,销 售薪酬设计和绩效考核体系的建立。
Compension decision making is propitious to inspiring salespeople. We sould do well a series of preparative works in the course of compension decision making. These works maily include marketing analysis, wage mode design and the establishment of perfomance appraisal systym.
