六盘水煤炭资源影响着地区经济,分析资源、资本、劳动力等生产要素的配置和市场需求变动,发挥资源禀赋优势,加快六盘水经济发展。
The paper studies the produced element alloted on coal resource ,capital ,labour and changed demand in market ,in order to speed up the economic development in Liupanshui by taking the advantage of coal resource.
